People: Koya, Hired, Allegis Partners AtWork and more

Newburyport, Mass.-based Koya Leadership Partners, a retained executive search firm serving the nonprofit sector, appointed Nicole Kamaleson to its leadership team as a managing director. Based in Chicago, she will lead executive searches worldwide with a focus on international development, advocacy, human rights and humanitarianism. Kamaleson has experience with clients in Thailand, Mozambique, India, Haiti, Korea and Bosnia.

Hired Inc., a career marketplace for tech talent, named Ed Schaffer as CFO, responsible for its overall financial strategy including growth plans and IPO scale. Schaffer has more than 20 years of experience as a finance and operations executive at early and mid-stage companies including Leadspace, Rimini Street and Monster.

Executive search firm Allegis Partners, part of Allegis Group, announced Heather Wolf joined the firm full time as a managing director in the CEO and board practice. Based in New York, she began working with the firm on a part-time basis at the beginning of 2018. Wolf for the past 15 years developed and hosted events for the Financial Times in the US and overseas, most notably the FT Outstanding Directors Exchange conference series for corporate board members.

AtWork Group, a national staffing franchise, added CJ Rodriguez to the executive leadership team of its Las Vegas location. She will serve as president of the branch and spearhead the addition of healthcare and bioscience divisions, while also developing growth strategies for its professional, commercial and government service divisions.

StevenDouglas, a national executive search firm headquartered near Fort Lauderdale, Fla., named Don Zinn as VP of executive search and head of its new office in Westchester County, NY, the fifth US new office location StevenDouglas opened this year. Zinn is a CEO and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience.

Fortune Personnel Consultants, an executive recruitment franchisor headquartered in New York City, announced Roy Casali opened FPC of Three Rivers, Pa., which places technology and informatics professionals within the healthcare sector. Stephanie and Tim Singley opened FPC of Palm Coast, Fla., which places operations, supply chain and continuous process improvement professionals within the manufacturing sector.
