Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Randall Wofford joined the firm as senior client partner, global account leader, industrial; he most recently was senior partner, market leader at Aon Hewitt, responsible for all human capital services and clients across Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Alabama. Wofford will be based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office. Jon Barney also joined Korn Ferry as senior client partner; he will be based in Korn Ferry’s Washington D.C. office and lead the firm’s advisory services for Defense Aerospace in North America. Barney previously was a managing director at Avascent, where he oversaw engagements for its aerospace, defense, government services and technology clients worldwide.

The Training Associates Corp. hired Stephanie King as learning and development project manager. Prior to joining TTA, King was a learning and development analyst at Wellington Management in Boston. Training Associates provides on-demand learning and development talent and solutions.

Online staffing provider Upwork announced Eric Gilpin, senior VP of enterprise, will lead its newly opened office in Chicago. Plans call for more than 50 new jobs in Chicago by year end, with a goal of 100 new employees by the end of 2018.
