Kore1 named Anna Frazzetto as its chief revenue officer. Frazzetto has almost 30 years of experience in the industry and appeared on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 list of women in staffing. Frazzetto previously was chief digital technology officer at Tential and has also served as president and chief digital technology officer at NashTech. Frazzetto joins Kore1 after the company’s recent acquisition of Technical Connections Inc., a Los Angeles-based staffing firm with expertise in IT and software development.

Rajesh Namboothiry was appointed senior VP and general manager Manpower North America. Namboothiry most recently led ManpowerGroup’s North America Strategy and Experis IT Delivery; he had joined ManpowerGroup in November 2007 in global finance and held roles in global sales operations before moving to the North America Experis brand. In his new role, Namboothiry will lead the Manpower brand for North America and will be a member of the Manpower global brand leadership team.

Opptly named Jason Safley as chief technology officer. Safley most recently was VP of global data and analytics at Geometric Results, where he developed internal teams and strategic partnerships.

Eric Walczykowski has taken on the CEO role at Bespoke Partners, a retained search and leadership advisory firm. Walczykowski had been president of the firm for the previous 18 months. Bespoke Partners also announced a strategic investment from AEA Growth. Bespoke Partners has offices in San Diego; Austin, Texas; and Haverford, Pennsylvania.

Signature Consultants opened a new office in Austin, Texas, on July 5. The office is being led by Signature Consultants VP Alex Ruegg.

Cory Executive Recruiting, an executive search firm, appointed Michelle Duncum as VP of operations. Duncum previously spent 17 years as chief operating officer and chief marketing officer for a national interior architecture and design firm and a multifamily development company in Texas.

Executive search firm Daversa Partners named Samantha Pernice as managing director. Pernice has eight years of executive search experience.

The owners of Spherion Staffing and Recruiting’s new Fort Worth, Texas, office are Shane and Tracey Franklin. Shane Franklin has more than 25 years of experience in electric sales, account management and technical sales.
