People: Jackson Healthcare, Uber, CareerBuilder, Lucas Group

Jackson Healthcare, one of the largest US healthcare staffing firms, appointed current VP of Marketing Keith Jennings as VP of community impact. In this newly created role, Jennings will be responsible for the company’s multi-faceted charitable outreach, which includes external partnerships and internal engagement in community service efforts with Jackson Healthcare associates.

Human cloud, ride-sharing firm Uber Technologies named Matt Olsen as chief trust and security officer, CEO Dara Khosrowshahi announced via Twitter. Olsen is the former general counsel of the National Security Agency and director of the National Counterterrorism Center, according to The New York Times, which first reported the appointment.

CareerBuilder named Andrew Streiter as senior VP of the staffing and recruiting group to lead the segment’s sales strategy and product vision. Streiter joined CareerBuilder in 2005 as a national account executive in New York and most recently was senior VP of managed services, overseeing CareerBuilder’s sourcing division. In a prior role as VP of sales, he was responsible for developing human capital strategies for a variety of organizations.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, promoted David Armendariz to general manager, information technology. Armendariz will oversee the strategic development and growth of the firm’s IT practice, which has branches in eight US cities. Armendariz joined Lucas Group 14 years ago as a staff recruiter and most recently was senior managing partner for its manufacturing division in Houston.
