Infosys Ltd. (NYSE: INFY) announced May 22 that Salil Parekh has been reappointed as CEO and managing director from July 1 through March 31, 2027.

Broadleaf Results promoted David Savarise to president. Savarise joined Broadleaf in June 2016 as senior VP and was later elevated to executive VP. Broadleaf is part of Aleron.

TalentBridge, a staffing provider, named Joel Givan as VP, sales and innovation strategy. Givan joins TalentBridge from Insight Global where he spent the past 16 years, most recently as director of sales analytics.

Owen Barette, VP at Frank Recruitment Group, is the newly appointed senior office leader for the company’s new Montreal office. The office will be a base for Frank Recruitment’s Anderson Frank and Jefferson Frank brands.

Executive search firm Calibre One appointed Pete Leibman as principal. Leibman will be based in Washington and focus on the company’s consumer digital and health and wellness practices. Prior to Calibre One, Leibman launched Stronger Talent, an executive search and consulting firm. His previous roles also include Heidrick and Struggles International Inc. and writing the book “Work Stronger: Habits for More Energy, Less Stress and Higher Performance at Work.”

Haley Marketing named Mandy Wittschen as director of talent and training. Wittschen joined Haley Marketing more than 25 years ago.

Mark Wilson was appointed as chief technology officer at eCapital Corp., a provider of funding for staffing and other industries. Wilson’s career spans more than 30 years.

Crelate, a provider of front-office recruitment software, hired Leigh Haydon as senior VP of revenue and Gabe Hicks as VP of engineering. Haydon’s recent experience includes serving as VP of investment management at Real Page Inc. and chief revenue officer at Investor Management Services. Hicks previously served as chief technology officer at both Dev9 and Nortal.

Referral management software provider Staffing Referrals hired Jeff Bail as chief technology officer. Bail has more than 15 years of experience in software development. He previously held roles at MapMyFitness, Sola Salon Studios and Travelers Haven. Staffing Referrals also announced that ​​Vicente Reig Rincón de Arellano is joining its development team. He has 12 years of experience and has worked at companies such as New Relic, Atlassian and Apple.
