Sevenstep, a global RPO provider, added four industry professionals to its global senior leadership team over the past several months. Koye Adejumo is director, global client services (UK); he has more than seven years of experience and most recently was with Alexander Mann Solutions. Ben Cox is director, client services (Australia); he has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, the last eight of which were in RPO, and was previously with Honeywell, IBM and Alexander Mann Solutions. Tom Leeper is executive director, client solutions (US); his career spans 23 years and includes a mix of technology, outsourcing, consulting, recruiting and human resources with engagements at Clinical Magnet and Alexander Mann Solutions. James May is VP, global client solutions (UK); he has more than 17 years in human capital solutions including RPO and contingent workforce solutions at firms such as Allegis and Alexander Mann Solutions.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) appointed Bo Herbst to lead its industrial practice worldwide as global practice managing partner. He joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2000 and has led senior executive and board director searches within industrial and manufacturing sectors. Herbst was named regional practice managing partner for the firm’s industrial practice in the Americas in 2013, a role that he will continue to hold while leading the practice globally.

CyberSN, a Boston-based staffing company targeting the cyber security sector, hired Launa Rich as managing director, expanding CyberSN’s presence in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley. She was formerly a director of staffing at Talener, a technical staffing firm in San Francisco.

Access Capital, a New York based commercial finance company and lender to the staffing industry, promoted executive VPs Angela Santi and Paul Mehring to be the company's new co-presidents. Miles Stuchin, the company's founder and president since the start of Access Capital more than 30 years ago, has moved from president to chairman as part of a management succession strategy.

SRG Woolf Group, the clinical research staffing solutions division of Impellam Group plc, announced Practice Director Shane Wilkins will lead its new Boston office. He was previously a client solutions manager for SRG Woolf and relocated from the company’s headquarters office in Raleigh, NC. Boston is the second office for SRG Woolf, which is exclusively focused on recruiting and staffing across clinical operations, biometrics, scientific, regulatory affairs, drug safety and pharmaceutical engineering.

Slayton Search Partners, a Chicago-based executive search firm, announced Mike Greco joined the company as VP and principal. Greco most recently gained executive search experience at Crist|Kolder Associates and Korn/Ferry International. He built his career at Aon Corp., where he played a key role in implementing an internal executive recruitment function.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Joseph DiMisa and Katie Bell joined the company as senior client partners, based in the Atlanta office. Bell joined the firm as senior client partner, global account lead, healthcare sector; she most recently was partner, healthcare and life sciences at another global executive search firm. DiMisa most recently was senior VP at Sibson Consulting, leading the sales force effectiveness practice.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, added Angelica Chadwick and JT Mackey as managing partners in the IT divisions in Tampa, Fla., and Dallas respectively. Chadwick has 12 years of full lifecycle recruitment and business development experience; Mackey’s professional background includes coaching IT talent through the recruitment process for local and national firms, negotiating contract terms and using market intelligence to build a passive candidate network.

The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL), a Toronto-based executive search firm with operations in Canada, the US and Europe, added Kathy Ventura as a partner in the firm’s consumer, e-commerce and retail, and marketing and communications practices. She is based in the firm’s Stamford office. Ventura started her career at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she led the firm’s corporate communications practice. Prior to joining the firm, she was a member of the Procter & Gamble team at Grey Advertising.

BrightStar Care Salt Lake City, a home care agency that also provides medical staffing solutions, recently partnered with Advanced Patient Care of Utah and appointed Rex Wheeler as its new director of business development. Wheeler and the company bring more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry in the Salt Lake City area.
