People: Goodwin Recruiting, The Tolan Group, ZRG Partners and more

Goodwin Hospitality has rebranded its recruiting division as Goodwin Recruiting, and it will be headed by Scott Gaba, VP of recruiting. The move comes as the company adds executive and corporate, finance and accounting, medical and healthcare, and manufacturing and engineering to its recruiting services.

The Tolan Group, a member of executive search firm Sanford Rose Associates Network of Offices, named Diana Ramsay — who leads its behavioral health, human services and substance abuse practice — as president of the firm. Ramsay is responsible for the firm’s growth strategy. Kaye Johnson has been named chief operating officer; she will be responsible for all operations and execution.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners Inc. announced Smooch Repovich Reynolds joined the firm as global practice leader for investor relations and chief communications officer assignments. In the past two decades, Reynolds has completed more than 300 senior-level mandates in the strategic IR functional area. Reynolds will work out of the firm’s Los Angeles, Chicago and New York offices.

DRG Search, a New York-based executive search firm for nonprofit organizations nationwide, promoted Managing Director Dara Klarfeld to the CEO role, effective this month. Klarfeld will lead all aspects of DRG’s work with organizations in the nonprofit sector.

IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide appointed Paul Dinte as the new leader of its aviation, aerospace and defense practice. Dinte is the founder, chairman and CEO of Dinte Executive Search and has more than 20 years of experience within executive search specializing in the defense and technology sectors. IIC Partners is a global executive search network.

Executive search firm Stanton Chase appointed Jeff Perkins as managing director of its new office in Washington, DC, which will serve the mid-Atlantic region. Perkins will also support clients in the technology, media, nonprofit, association and government affairs sectors and work closely with Managing Director Lyn Cason in the neighboring Baltimore office. Perkin previously was CEO of leadership consulting firm Huntbridge Inc.

Snagajob, a job board for hourly work, added John Frederick to the company as its new chief administrative officer, effective Jan. 2. He succeeds Keith Haas, Snagajob’s CFO for nearly five years. Frederick has more than 20 years of experience leading financial and administrative functions within private and public companies.
