Genuent, a Houston-based IT staffing subsidiary of the Willis Group, named Brian Wagner as managing director of project solutions. Wagner’s past experience includes VP, strategic accounts for ACS Group; managing executive for ManpowerGroup; and VP, project solutions for Experis.

Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (NASD: STAF), a staffing provider with operations in the US and UK, hired Mark Darby as president of its professional staffing (UK) segment, effective April 1. Darby will lead Staffing 360’s subsidiaries CBSbutler, The JM Group, and Longbridge Recruitment 360; he will join the company’s executive committee and report directly to Chairman and CEO Brendan Flood. Darby previously held leadership positions with professional staffing provider Kellan Group plc. Rob Slaney, who is the finance director of the newly acquired CBSbutler business, has been promoted to group finance director (UK) with financial responsibility for all three subsidiaries in the UK; prior to joining CBSbutler, he was group financial controller at London-based professional staffing company Empresaria Group plc.

Voca, a national staffing firm based in Rochester, Minn., promoted Ray Culver to the newly created role of chief revenue officer; he previously was VP, North American sales for Voca. Culver will continue to lead sales for Voca throughout the US, as well as build and implement strategies to grow revenue across all sales channels that Voca currently supports.

Airswift, a staffing provider for the energy, process and infrastructure sectors, announced Sam Cross will oversee new offices set to open in Mexico and Guyana in his new role as senior VP Americas. Cross previously served as Airswift’s senior VP of North America. Airswift’s VP Latin America Damir Tomicic — who helped establish and grow Airswift in Brazil, Colombia, Trinidad and Argentina — is also part of this team.

Bullhorn, the staffing and recruitment software firm, expanded its enterprise leadership team. Ryan Murphy was promoted to senior VP, enterprise, from VP, global enterprise strategy. Shaun Weise and Ian Scott joined as managing directors, global accounts, in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA. Matt Webster joined as managing director, global accounts, in Asia-Pacific. Following Bullhorn’s recent acquisitions of Peoplenet and Connexys, Andy Zarkadas and Ruud Claasz Coockson, managing directors, global accounts, also represent its enterprise leadership. Gretchen Keefner and Tim Cavins, managing directors, global accounts, lead a team focused on the company’s top existing global enterprise accounts across all products and countries engaged. Promotions to VPs include Leah McKelvey, Jason Smith and David Stott. In addition, Jimmy Fabiano joined Bullhorn’s enterprise team as managing director, enterprise solutions; Fabiano will be responsible for strategic relationships with enterprise staffing firms in North America.

TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, announced Judy Walcott joined as director of client delivery. She was formerly with WorldBridge Partners/WorldConcert and Management Recruiters International, where she established the operations center for the firm’s RPO division and was involved in all aspects of the sales and delivery cycle.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Gaurdie Banister joined its board of directors. Banister retired in 2015 as CEO of Aera Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company owned jointly by Shell Oil and ExxonMobil.

AtWork Group, a national staffing franchise, announced current franchise owner Jonathan Jenswold, of AtWork Personnel – Fort Worth, will open an additional franchise territory in the Dallas market. The new branch will operate as AtWork Personnel – Dallas.

IT staffing provider MDI Group named Allan Dunn as managing director of its Phoenix office. Dunn has nine years of previous experience with MDI Group, including four years as a client manager and five years as a managing director.
