Futuris Co., a consolidator of staffing firms, named Eric Stutzke as its CFO. Stutzke has more than 20 years of experience in the human capital management industry. He held the positions of CEO, CFO and COO over an 11-year span at recruitment platform OneWire. Prior to that, he handled investor relations, external financial reporting and technical accounting for Monster.com parent company TMP Worldwide/Monster Worldwide.

Executive search firm Riviera Partners appointed Andrew “Pete” Peterson as its chief technology officer. Peterson has more than 20 years of experience and previously served as chief information technology officer for the city of Oakland, California.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASDAQ; HSII) Chief Legal Officer and Chief Inclusion Officer Kamau Coar resigned for personal reasons effective June 18, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

ASGN Inc. (NYSE: ASGN) appointed Maria Hawthorne to its board effective June 17. Hawthorne serves on ASGN’s audit committee. She most recently was president and CEO of PS Business Parks Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment firm.

Resources Solutions, part of the Robert Walters Group, announced four appointments: Phill Brown as global head of market intelligence, Zedra Thiam as head of human resources for North America, Daniel Owen as director of international operations and Blair Pemberton as head of commercial. Brown has more than 25 years or experience in a variety of roles from recruitment coordinator to managing director. Thiam has 20 years of experience and joins Resources Solutions from Selene Finance, where she was VP of human resources. Owen has been with Resources Solutions for eight years, taking on responsibility for the commercial function in 2015. Pemberton has been with the company for two years as commercial manager.

Executive search provider Egon Zehnder named German Herrera as its new US leader. Herrera has more than 20 years of experience at the firm, including leading its North American industrial practice and overseeing offices in Miami and Atlanta. He succeeds Karl Alleman as US leader, Alleman will continue in a leadership role on Egon Zehnder’s global executive committee.
