People: Floyd Lee Locums, ZRG, Sales Search Partners and more

Floyd Lee Locums, a physician staffing firm based in Charleston, SC, announced Michelle Lathan took over as director of operations in May. Lathan has more than 10 years of experience in locum tenens and recruitment and most recently was with Mint Physicians. Floyd Lee Locums is an expansion of the locum tenens division formerly part of Trinity, which was acquired earlier this year by Travel Nurse across America.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners added Julia Williams as managing director in its healthcare and life sciences practice. She brings more than 20 years of recruiting and consulting experience and recently served on the Association of Cancer Executive Education Committee, where she sits on the membership committee. Williams works out of the firm’s Atlanta office.

Sales Search Partners, a sales-focused recruiting and staffing services firm serving southern New Hampshire and Greater Boston, appointed David Vigliotti as VP. Vigliotti has more than 26 years of recruiting and executive management experience in the staffing industry including 12 years running his own boutique IT placement firm.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Mary-Caroline Tillman joined the firm as co-leader of the global financial services practice. She previously led the global financial services and investment banking practices at a leading executive search firm. Before that, she spent 13 years at J.P. Morgan & Co. where she was a managing director and the COO of the European investment banking division. Tillman is based in New York and co-leads the practice with Amanda Foster, who is based in London.

Therapy Source Inc., a provider of therapy staffing services and solutions to the educational sector, hired Tracy Sippl as clinical manager of TheraWeb, its telepractice online platform. Based out of Wisconsin, Sippl has 29 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist.

Staffing software provider Professional Advantage added three new members to its1Staff executive team. Brian Shellhorn is VP of sales and marketing; he has worked in a range of industries and staffing specialties and most recently was senior VP at a large marketing and creative staffing firm. Morgan Korn is now CTO; Korn’s career includes technology leadership roles at Microsoft, Great Plains Software and IBM. Brad Taylor took over locally as VP of services; he has more than 20 years of staffing experience, most recently as CIO.
