Finlay James, a global IT sales and digital recruitment company headquartered in the UK, announced VP of US Operations Nick Guy will spearhead the opening of its new office in downtown San Francisco, its first overseas office. Guy has been with the firm for four years and most recently opened a Finlay James office in Moorgate, London.

GreenLight Staffing Group, a recruiting firm targeting the IT and financial services industries, added Executive VP Craig Feingold to oversee its new hospitality staffing entity, GLS Hospitality. Feingold, a catering industry veteran, joins the company after 17 years in the hospitality industry in New York and has worked with top chefs in South Florida.

ON Partners, a retained executive search firm, announced Jeff Hocking joined the firm as partner, based in San Francisco. Hocking most recently was the regional market leader for the technology practice at Korn Ferry.
