DHR International Inc. announced Mike Magsig joined the Chicago-based executive search firm as managing partner, leading its global board and CEO practice group. Magsig has more than 16 years of executive search experience. He most recently was managing director at Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY), where he was a member of the board and CEO services practice and also served as leader of the firm’s insurance practice.

The Peoplelink Group announced Connie Wendt joined the firm as assistant VP of contingent workforce outsourcing to oversee the company’s outsourcing division. The Peoplelink Group provides staffing in skilled trades, IT, engineering and administrative. The contingent workforce outsourcing division provides MSP/VMS programs throughout the US. Wendt previously spearheaded KellyOCG, CWO, independent contractor division, as well as other large staffing industry programs.

The global employment services division of The Nelson Family of Companies, iWorkGlobal, appointed JP Gooch as VP of channel sales. He will be responsible for overseeing iWorkGlobal’s international channel sales program, growing strategic customer accounts and developing partner relationships. Gooch previously led the expansion of a global SaaS payroll firm to cover 165 countries. He has held both operational and business development roles and has led globally dispersed teams.

Digital/creative staffing firm Creative Circle, a division of On Assignment Inc. (NYSE: ASGN), announced Area Manager Abigail Allen will oversee its new office in Austin, Texas. Allen also oversees the firm’s Dallas office.
