Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRN) promoted Gerald Purgay to the role of chief marketing officer. Purgay had joined the company in August 2020. Prior to joining Cross Country, he was chief marketing officer at Oasis, a Paychex Company. He had also previously served as senior VP of global marketing at Right Management, a division of ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN).

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASDAQ: HSII) announced Jaimee Eddington has taken on the role of Americas regional leader. Eddington joined Heidrick in 2015 at its Dallas office. Her work has encompassed multiple industries, including placements with the company’s financial officers practice, the CEO and board practice as well as the social impact sector. She also co-led the Americas Region Professionals of Color Employee Resource Group.

ManpowerGroup appointed Riccardo Barbeis as regional president, northern Europe, effective May 17. Barbeis will report to Chairman and CEO Jonas Prising. Barbeis currently is country manager for ManpowerGroup Italy. He speaks five languages and currently serves as VP of the Italian industry association Assolavaro and is president of ManpowerGroup’s Human Rights Institute.

TRC Staffing Services Inc. appointed Steve Taylor to its board. Taylor is founder of Seven T’s Consulting, a privately held firm that provides strategic consulting to startup technology ventures, investment review and partnering, mentoring and leadership coaching, and professional real estate services. Previously, he was president and CEO of staffing software provider VCG and had served as president and CEO of staffing software firm Bond Americas.

Versique Search and Consulting hired Jenna Estlick to serve as managing director of client partnerships. Estlick has more than 13 years of experience in corporate human resources. Prior to joining Versique, she was VP and head of human resources for Radisson Hotel Group, Americas.

Tim McAward was appointed as VP, client services – higher education, at nextSource. The role is a newly created position at nextSource.

WorkLLama announced that Myke Hawkins and Michael Linton joined its advisory board. Hawkins formerly served as chief sales officer at Kelly (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB) for multiple Fortune 500 organizations and Linton is former CEO of Adecco North America.

Staffing software firm Ceipal named Scott Montminy as director of marketing and communications reporting directly to CEO Peter Velikin. Montminy has led Ceipal’s public relations efforts as a consultant since 2019.
