Codesmith, a staffing provider based in Buckhead, Georgia, hired Jennifer Beck as president. Beck previously led the global interim and contract solutions practice at Korn Ferry, and she was CEO of Hire Velocity, an RPO provider, prior to that. She had also founded BHS Hire, an RPO, contingent labor and executive search firm that was acquired by Hire Velocity. Beck had also previously served as president and CEO of Impellam North America.

Robert Chaudron joined Nelson, a workforce solutions provider, as senior business development manager. Chaudron will be based out of Nelson’s offices in Campbell, California, and Santa Rosa, California.

The Judge Group named Dennis McDonald as senior VP of banking, financial services and insurance. It’s a newly created role for the Wayne, Pennsylvania-based staffing provider. McDonald has served in global leadership roles and led global teams for American Express and Wells Fargo.

Floyd Lee Locums named Jennifer Schultheis to its senior leadership team as VP of business development. Schultheis previously worked as national sales director at ProLink Healthcare and was regional VP at Supplemental Health Care prior to that.

UK-based staffing provider iO Associates announced that Mark Lloyd will serve as managing director of its recently opened US office in Tampa, Florida.
