People: Cerius, GES, Healthcare IT Leaders, MW Partners and more

Global Employment Solutions, a professional staffing provider based in Littleton, Colo., announced Shawn Mckinstrie joined the company as regional VP. Mckinstrie will initially oversee daily operations and growth initiatives, including market strategy, implementation of best practices and building brand awareness in New York and Washington DC. Mckinstrie most recently served as client service partner with Tatum, a division of Randstad. Prior to joining Tatum, Mckinstrie spent 17 years in the staffing industry where he held executive roles with Kforce and Robert Half.

Healthcare IT Leaders, an IT consulting and recruitment firm for healthcare employers, hired Joe Mauro as national director of business development. Mauro most recently was a managing director at Huron Healthcare. He previously was national director, strategic accounts at Siemens Medical. Healthcare IT Leaders is based in Atlanta.

MW Partners announced Keith Lippert joined the professional staffing resources company as its client relationship partner. Lippert partners with companies to place IT, accounting, finance, sales, marketing, HR and other talent nationally for contract assignments and permanent placement. He previously was director of marketing communications at The Training Associates.

TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI) appointed Kim Harris Jones to the company’s board of directors. Jones is a former senior VP and corporate controller of Kraft Foods Inc. and then Mondelez International, the company formed by Kraft’s split into two domestic and international publicly-traded corporations. She also had a long career at Chrysler, where she served in a variety of leadership positions including corporate controller.

Cerius Interim Executive Solutions named James McGraw as the new managing director for its Canadian service operations. He previously was an executive at Gartner Inc. and a director at BDC Consulting Group. Cerius provides interim executives and is based in Irvine, Calif.

NextGen Information Services Inc., a national staffing and consulting firm, appointed Robert Feldman as director of diversity and strategic partnerships. His primary responsibility is to build and foster productive relationships in Mexico. Headquartered in St. Louis, NextGen provides IT and professional staffing and recruiting.

Egon Zehnder International, a privately held executive search firm, announced Al Prieto will lead the firm’s New York office. He succeeds Patrick O’Brien, who will now focus on executive and board search in financial services. Prieto continues as co-leader of the firm’s global health practice.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, hired Laura Kesler as managing partner for the information technology branches in San Diego, Las Vegas and Phoenix. Kesler will manage a team of five recruiters between San Diego and Las Vegas with team growth projected to reach 10 in the immediate future. Kesler has more than 20 years of experience in IT staffing and consulting and has worked with many Fortune 100/500 corporations in the US.

Brine Group Staffing Solutions, based in Burlington, Mass., announced Erik Faass will join the organization as manager of the technology division. Faass has more than five years of recruiting agency experience and two years of management and team building experience.

Executive search firm Boyden promoted Derrick Chow to partner in the firm’s Vancouver office. Chow joined Boyden in 2005 and advanced to the role of principal and research team lead.
