BGSF Inc., a Plano, Texas-based staffing provider, named Melissa Phillips as its chief digital officer. Phillips’ background includes serving in roles at both The Adecco Group and EmployBridge. Her expertise includes leading digital transformations.

Legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa announced Daniel Davila has been named CFO for both its firm and executive search provider Allegis Partners. Davila joined Major, Lindsey & Africa as regional controller in 2017 and was promoted a year later to director of finance. He first started with the Allegis Group as an associate with Aerotek in 1999.

AMS, a global provider of talent acquisition outsourcing and advisory services, appointed Julian Thomas to lead its technology development and products team. Thomas brings more than 20 years of experience and is former test digital and technology director at the UK Health Security.

CTG, a Buffalo, New York-based provider of IT staffing and solutions, announced that Rénald Wauthier, senior VP of Europe, is immediately stepping down from his position. The company has appointed Bob Daelman as Wauthier’s successor. Daelman is current VP of Belgium and the UK and a managing director of Belgium. Daelman has more than 30 years of experience including more than 20 years at CTG.

Cross Country Healthcare Inc. appointed Venkat Bhamidipati as an independent director. Bhamidipati most recently served as executive VP and CFO of McAfee, where he helped lead that company’s IPO. Prior to McAfee, he served as executive VP and CFO at Providence, a healthcare system with $25 billion in annual revenue, and prior to that he spent 13 years at Microsoft Corp.

Global staffing firm Hays plc appointed Rohan de Rozario as global head of advisory services. De Rozario has more than 22 years of experience in HR strategy and operations. He joins hays from Public Investment Fund in Saudi Arabia where he was senior VP, head of organizational development and change.

The Headhunters Recruitment Inc. named Georgia Harper as president effective earlier this month. Harper first joined The Headhunters in 2012; she was promoted to branch manager in Vancouver, British Columbia, in 2017 and became director of recruitment in 2020. Co-founders Danielle Bragge and Cam Macmillan will remain with the company as managing directors. The Headhunters, based in Canada, was founded in 2009 and is part of the Hire Technologies Inc. family of brands.
