Advanced Resources, a Chicago staffing agency, announced Ray Dinglasan joined the leadership team as director of the company’s new workforce business solutions practice. The practice will provide strategic workforce solutions to the middle market including vendor management system, managed service provider and business intelligence solutions. Dinglasan has spent his career at CareerBuilder, where he held senior-level management roles in sales and most recently served as VP of sales, CareerBuilder employment solutions.

Nelson, a staffing provider based in Sonoma, Calif., named Chandra Pappas as executive VP. Pappas will be responsible for all company operational functions, including Nelson’s specialty divisions in accounting/finance and tech. “Chandra brings a wealth of experience and success to her new role at Nelson at a time of great growth and opportunity,” said Joe Madigan, Nelson’s current executive VP, who will become CEO effective Jan. 1.

Staffing firm ALKU promoted Director Nate O’Keeffe to VP, a global corporate strategy role. O’Keeffe has more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry and for the past six years, provided leadership to AKLU’s technologies divisions.

Floyd Lee Locums, a physician staffing firm based in Charleston, SC, added Kemi Upchurch as its regional VP. Upchurch previously served as senior area director for Supplemental Health Care, where she worked for 15 years.

AtWork Group, a national staffing franchise, announced Lori Brower opened a new Anaheim Hills, Calif., office providing staffing services to businesses in Orange and Riverside Counties. It will target businesses in the light industrial, clerical, administrative, IT and marketing industries.

MedPro Healthcare Staffing hired Scott Stone as VP of workforce solutions as it expands offerings to include managed services. Sunrise, Fla.-based MedPro provides diversified medical staffing, including registered nurses, allied health professionals, physical therapists and medical technologists.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners Inc. announced Melissa Oszustowicz joined the company as a member of the firm’s healthcare services practice, operating out of the Minneapolis market.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Stephanie Angelini joined the firm as a member of its human resources officers practice. She is based in New York. Angelini most recently was VP and HR business advisor for content and consumer brands at AOL

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Matt Stencil joined the firm as senior client partner and a member of the firm’s industrial practice in North America.

Leadership Capital Group, a retained executive search firm with offices in North America and Latin America, appointed Jennifer Rosenthal as a partner in the firm. She has 25 years of executive search and human capital experience and previously was as a principal of Rhodes Associates, an executive search firm focused on commercial and residential real estate.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) appointed Dominique Hansen as head of investment management in the Americas and named Renee Neri as head of asset management for the Americas. Based in the Toronto office, Hansen will also serve as head of the firm’s CEO and board of directors practice in Canada. Based in the New York City office, Neri has been a partner at Heidrick & Struggles for 13 years and counts more than 18 years of experience in senior executive search, with a focus on financial services leadership. As head of the asset management sector within the investment management segment, she will work closely with Hansen to enhance Heidrick’s expertise and offerings across the segment globally.
