The Adecco Group named Benita Barretto as head of investor relations, effective in March. Barretto joins Adecco from ABB where she served as senior manager of investor relations since 2018. At Adecco, she will report to CFO Coram Williams.

Handshake, a platform for hiring college students, named Asif Makhani as its chief technology officer. Makhani has more than 20 years of experience leading technology and product teams at Google, LinkedIn and Amazon. Prior to Handshake, Makhani was director and general manager of Google Images and head of engineering at LinkedIn Learning Solutions.

Mark Westmoreland will lead the JCW Group’s new Guideline business aimed at helping companies find compliance and risk professionals. Westmoreland has 25 years of experience.

Summit Off Duty Services, a provider of off-duty law enforcement staffing, appointed Tracy Fuller as president. Fuller has more than 28 years of experience in the contract security business. Fuller previously served as chief commercial officer at Acts-Aviation Services.
