Professional employer organization Resourcing Edge acquired three PEOs in southern Texas: Courtland Resources Inc., Best Staffing Inc. and Michael Dubois CPA Inc.

The acquisition of the firms, all located in Orange, Texas, brings to Resourcing Edge 70 additional clients and more than 1,000 client employees. 

“Our intent is to continue to grow and expand the workforce and marketplace here,” said Matt Kinnear, senior director of client services. “We will be retaining all current staff and plan to add jobs to make this location a full-service operation center. We see this area of Texas as a vibrant, growing region that is currently underserved compared to other metropolitan areas.”

Michael Dubois CPA, also known as Best Staffing Inc., has more than 35 years of experience in the Orange, Texas area. Courtland Resources has operated in the area since 2010, providing professional employer services to the engineering, accounting, research and management services sector.

Resourcing Edge operates in 44 states. It is headquartered in Rockwall, Texas, with offices in Houston; Atlanta; St. Louis; Columbus, Ohio; and now, Orange, Texas.
