Outplacement and executive search provider Felix Global acquired Shields Meneley Partners, a provider of executive coaching, assessment and executive transition services. The deal closed Dec. 1 and terms of the transaction were not announced.

“Bringing Felix Global and Shields Meneley Partners together is important because it deepens our product offerings to better serve our clients,” Felix Global President and CEO Jim Graham said.

Overall, 12 members of Shields Meneley Partners have joined the Felix Global team and Shields Meneley Partners will continue to be headquartered in Chicago.

“The team from Shields Meneley Partners, including myself and Bob Ryan, also an equity partner in the firm, are now fully integrated with Felix Global and we are focused on deepening customer relationships, enhancing client experience and growing the business overall in the years to come,” founder Hugh Shields said.

Felix Global was founded in 1991 and has a US headquarters in Chicago and a Canadian headquarters in Toronto. It provides leadership consulting, outplacement, executive search, recruitment and organizational effectiveness consulting.
