OpsArc Solutions Inc. acquired Phoenix-based staffing software company BusinessWare Services Inc. and its TempWizard front-office software for staffing firms. The transaction closed last week; terms were not disclosed.

OpsArc, based in Princeton, NJ, is a cloud-based human capital management platform. The transaction aims to enhance its service offering and position OpsArc to connect companies to one platform with the applications and vendors necessary to connect and collaborate across teams.

OpsArc intends to keep the TempWizard brand name until it is integrated with the OpsArc platform. The BWSI team and the executives will remain under new titles.

OpsArc supports workforce solutions globally whereas TempWizard is purely for the US market with subscription and managed services offerings for the staffing Industry.
