OSHA cites tire maker and staffing company in Kansas worker’s death (WIBW)

The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited Good Year Tire and Rubber Inc. and Kansas Personnel Services (which also goes by Key Staffing) in the death of a 61-year-old worker in Topeka, Kan., WIBW reported. The combined fine in this case is more than $40,000. The companies have 15 days to decide if they would like to discuss the citation, make corrections and pay the penalties, or contest the citation.
