SearchPointNY, a subsidiary of Noor Staffing Group LLC, acquired The Legal Group Inc., a Florida-based recruiting and staffing firm targeting the legal and professional services industries. 

The transaction widens Noor Staffing’s national depth and breadth and expands The Legal Group’s service offering in the Southeast.

Noor Staffing Group, part of the Noor Inc. family of companies, is a New York-based staffing firm owned by Habib Noor. Its brands include SearchPoint, which provides staffing for IT, human resources, finance, business development and marketing, accounting, law and compliance; healthcare staffing firm GHG; and professionals staffing firm Noor Associates.

In 2015, Noor Staffing Group purchased all assets of now-defunct Corporate Resource Services’ Corporate Resource Development Inc. subsidiary.
