The National Labor Relations Board filed a complaint against gaming company Nintendo of America and its staffing provider, Aston Carter, alleging the firms engaged in “concerted activities” and made “coercive actions” against a worker, interfering with their legally protected right to organize. Axios reported that online job listings show Aston Carter has recruited customer service and administrative contractors for Nintendo.
