New Randstad Enterprise Group to consolidate global solutions; announces exec leadership appointments

February 28, 2020

Randstad this week formally announced its “Randstad Enterprise Group” banner under which it is consolidating offerings from its global solutions group and Randstad Sourceright, its provider of RPO and MSP services. The announcement included several leadership appointments.

With the move, the company is aiming to go to market with a more amalgamated solution for clients on a more global basis.

“Randstad Enterprise Group is streamlining how we integrate Randstad’s wide array of services across the talent continuum in order to offer clients a single strategic workforce partner for the inflow, crossflow and outflow of talent,” said Rebecca Henderson, CEO of Randstad Global Businesses and executive board member.

It also combines functional areas of Randstad’s global business delivery team and Randstad Sourceright such as finance, legal, HR and marketing under one global team.

“More and more of our customers are buying with a global mandate,” Henderson said.

New executive leadership appointments within the Randstad Enterprise Group include:

  • Tania de Decker, managing director of global strategic accounts
  • Pat McCall, chief sales officer
  • Louisa Wilson, managing director, enterprise customer acceleration
  • Michel Stokvis, managing director, enterprise innovation
  • Hary Bottka, managing director, strategic operations
  • Niall Anderson, head of global business services
  • Sue Marcus, regional president, Randstad Sourceright North America
  • David Vincent, managing director, Randstad Sourceright UK
  • Rachid Schmitz, executive VP sales, Randstad Sourceright EMEA
  • Cindy Keaveney, chief people officer of global businesses
  • Wesley Connor, global learning and development leader

The consolidation was put in place in September 2019 but formally announced this week.
