New Jersey temp agencies would face more scrutiny under new legislation (NJ.com)

New Jersey’s growing temporary employment industry would face tougher regulations and workers would get more job protection under legislation introduced in the state Assembly, NJ.com reports. The bill, A4315, was introduced in response to “The invisible workforce,” an NJ Advance Media series published in September that chronicled the alleged mistreatment of blue collar workers working for temp agencies around the state, according to the bill’s sponsor.
