Digital Intelligence Systems LLC announced Mike Leroy will take on the CFO role effective Aug. 22. Leroy comes to Disys from ASGN Inc., where he was VP, financial planning and analysis. He has more than 25 years of experience.

Leroy will oversee financial operations and management for both Disys and Signature Consultants.

Leroy holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA, double concentration in finance and strategy, from the Claremont Graduate University.
