Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Firms listing personnel changes today include Interim HealthCare, Link Staffing Services and Proven Solutions.

Interim HealthCare, a home care, hospice and healthcare staffing franchise, added two new franchisees. Carol Penterman now owns Interim HealthCare of Middle Tennessee. Penterman previously was executive director and CEO of the Nashville Opera Association. Also, Andy Braver and Brian Schiller launched a franchise in Fairfield County, Conn. They previously owned a medical diagnostic imaging center in South Florida, where Braver served as chief operating officer and Schiller as director of radiology services. Braver is also an attorney and certified by Healthcare Compliance Association.

Houston-based staffing provider Link Staffing Services re-launched offices in Katy, Bryan, and Temple, Texas, under a new franchise relationship with Zachary Collard. Collard previously worked for CenterPoint Energy as well as Lockheed Martin.

Proven Solutions Inc.’s Jeremy Neihardt will lead the company’s new Finance and Accounting practice group in Washington, D.C. Neihardt has 20 years of staffing industry experience and previously led the finance and accounting group at a large regional staffing firm. Proven is a professional staffing firm specializing in technology, finance and accounting, operations support, life sciences and government/defense.

Seattle-based Resourceful HR LLC’s Director of Client Services Laura Doehle now heads the company’s new location in the San Francisco Bay Area. Resourceful HR provides outsourced recruiting and temporary human resources staffing services. Prior to Resourceful HR, Doehle was vice president of career transition services at Waldron.
