NSC Technologies, a shipyard staffing company headquartered in Portsmouth, Virginia, acquired Indiana-based staffing providers Staffing Resources Inc. and ULG LLC. NSC, which is a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital, also announced a recapitalization.

Staffing Resources, or SRI, provides light industrial staffing from a network of six branches in Indiana. The company was founded in 1994. Chris Gremelspacher has served as president of SRI since 2015.

Meanwhile, ULG provides industrial staffing from 14 offices across the US to the maritime, industrial and logistics industries. ULG is based in Logansport, Indiana.

The terms of the deals were not disclosed publicly.

ULG’s acquisition will expand NSC’s presence in the Midwest while the SRI buy will expand the company’s light industrial book of business.

“The addition of ULG and SRI to our family of companies is a further manifestation of our vision to expand our geographic footprint and capabilities,” said Paul Rodriguez, CEO of NSC.
