NSC Technologies acquires Denver-based construction and light industrial staffing provider

October 02, 2017

NSC Technologies LLC acquired Nationwide Temporaries Inc., a Denver-based firm that provides personnel for the construction and light industrial segments that was founded in 1993. The acquisition provides NSC with access to additional industry verticals and expands the service offerings of both NSC and Nationwide.

The deal closed Saturday. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced.

“We are really excited about this acquisition and look forward to partnering with Nationwide’s management team,” said Paul Rodriguez, CEO and founder of NSC. “NSC is committed to providing the necessary resources and capital to support further growth and expansion.”

Nationwide’s current management team will remain in place after the transaction, and the company will continue to operate under the Nationwide brand as a wholly owned subsidiary of NSC.

Headquartered in Portsmouth, Va., NSC provides staffing and workforce management solutions to industries including defense, marine, energy and industrial markets.

Private equity investment firm White Wolf Capital LLC recapitalized NSC — in partnership with NSC’s management team — in November 2016. NSC is actively seeking add-on acquisition opportunities that provide skilled-labor staffing and workforce management solutions, count revenue of $5 million to $50 million, and have a regional or national focus.
