Morgan Stanley invests in marketing/creative staffing firm 24 Seven

Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity completed an investment in staffing firm 24 Seven Inc. The funds are partnering with the founder, Celeste Gudas, and the current management team who will remain in place and retain a significant equity stake.

24 Seven ranks No. 3 on Staffing Industry Analysts list of largest US marketing/creative staffing firms. Based in New York, 24 Seven serves the fashion, retail, marketing, interactive and creative sectors.

Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity also has an investment in professional employer organization CoAdvantage Inc. Last year, Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity sold marketing/creative staffing firm Creative Circle to On Assignment Inc. (NYSE: ASGN), and it is a former owner of EmployBridge, which combined with The Select Family of Staffing Companies last year.
