Mitratech, an Austin, Texas-based provider of legal, compliance and HR software, acquired TalentReef, a Denver-based management platform for high-volume hiring of hourly talent.

TalentReef’s functionality includes an applicant tracking system, chatbot and candidate texting capability. Mitratech reports TalentReef operates in more than 100,000 locations across the US

The acquisition follows Mitratech’s acquisition of AssureHire. That deal was announced in July.

Mitratech reports that it serves more than 2,000 organizations in more than 160 countries.
