LocalJobNetwork, a Milwaukee-based workforce recruiting firm and the compliance management provider for the US Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, today announced a rebranding and new go-to-market approach as Circa.

The company said its research shows that organizations are shifting from diversity as a program to diversity as a business strategy and the repositioning better aligns its products and solutions to a core underlying diversity mission. 

Circa is also launching product enhancements next week.

“We started our rebrand in late 2019 and our research clearly identified workplace diversity as our common thread across our products and solutions,” said Cathy Hill, VP of marketing for Circa. “We used this as our ‘why’ to guide us to our new name and look.”

The Milwaukee-based company, founded in 1994, has 5,000-plus customers, 17,500 community partner relationships and in 2019 posted more than 5 million jobs through its network of 600-plus online employment websites.
