Managed service provider Geometric Results Inc. added three people to its leadership team, including Mike Drolet as chief operating officer for the US.

Drolet joined GRI in the fourth quarter of 2020. He has served as an operations and strategic services executive for enterprise-level MSP and talent acquisition organizations worldwide and helped develop RPO as a fundamental solution for top talent providers. Drolet’s background includes operations, client services as well as data and technology. He previously was head of Americas CWS and head of global client service center (Cleveland) at Alexander Mann Solutions.

Jody Mohammed in February joined GRI as VP, partnerships and solutions. She has more than 20 years’ experience in MSP and supplier management, including as VP, MSP development at Adecco and global head, supplier partnership, at Pontoon Solutions. She was recognized on SIA’s 2020 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.

GRI also added Jennifer Torres as VP, growth. She joins GRI after previous executive roles at several organizations within the MSP space. Torres most recently was VP, MSP workforce solutions at Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRN) and has also held roles at PeopleScout and Pontoon Solutions.
