Independent contractor platform MBO Partners today announced three new executive appointments: Flavio Palaci as chief platform and digital transformation officer, Will Davis as chief operations officer and Graham Plaster as chief provider solutions officer.
“Flavio, Will, and Graham are dynamic leaders that will elevate MBO’s strategy and operational execution to drive an enhanced platform capability,” MBO Partners CEO Miles Everson said.
Flavio Palaci
Palaci joins MBO after having led PwC’s Global Advisory Data and Analytics practice. He was previously one of the youngest equity partners at Deloitte Central Europe and has held senior positions at several global financial services institutions.
In his role as chief platform and digital transformation officer, Palaci will lead the growth and development of MBO’s platform capabilities.
Will Davis
Davis, who will serve as chief operations officer, joins MBO after spending five years at RigUp, an online staffing platform serving the energy industry. Davis served as head of sales at RigUp.
Graham Plaster
Plaster, who will serve as chief provider solutions officer, will lead the company’s community engagement efforts as well as its direct-to-provider initiatives.
Plaster joined MBO after serving as an independent professional himself following a career as an active-duty naval officer. Plaster also founded and ran The Intelligence Community, a group of national security professionals. He had also served as a defense innovation advisory for a portfolio of tech companies pursuing opportunities in national security.
