MBO Partners named David North as chief information officer and Jonathan Lochhaas as chief technical officer.

In the newly created role of CIO, North will add focus and resources to his team to accelerate the development of new features, functions and integration plans for the company’s core proprietary independent contractor engagement and financial management system.

With more than 18 years of experience in technology development, Lochhaas will lead the research, development and implementation of emerging technologies to accelerate new innovations for the marketplace and bolster the company’s scalability. Lochhaas previously was senior director of business solutions management at Sirius XM. Before Sirius XM, he led software development for Group 1 Software, a division of Pitney Bowes.
