Legal services and staffing provider Lexitas acquired Benchmark Reporting Agency, bolstering the company's growth in the Midwest.

Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Minneapolis, Benchmark provides litigation support services including court reporters and legal video services. It operates throughout the US and abroad.

Houston-based Lexitas, founded in 1987, provides services to law firms, corporations and insurance companies. Those services include record retrieval, court reporting, process service, registered agent, legal staffing, document review and commercial contracts outsourcing.
