Intermountain Staffing recently acquired LCL Staffing, a provider of temporary staffing in the Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico markets.

The LCL Staffing brand will remain for now. The company was based in Cut Off, La. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Intermountain Staffing, headquartered in North Salt Lake City, provides light industrial staffing, non-clinical hospital and entry-level clerical staffing and serves a variety of organizations and industries.

With the acquisition, Intermountain Staffing now counts 22 offices in six states: Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. The company continues to look for strategic acquisitions.
