Intermountain Staffing acquired Broomfield, Colo.-based Bolder Staffing Inc. and Bolder Professional Placements.

Intermountain, headquartered in North Salt Lake City, provides light industrial staffing, nonclinical hospital and entry-level clerical staffing.

Bolder Staffing launched in 1992 and formed Bolder Professional Placements in 2007. The brands provide administrative, industrial, customer service, technical and professional staffing throughout the front range of Colorado, including Denver and Boulder. 

With the acquisition, Intermountain Staffing now counts 27 offices in eight states: Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Colorado and Washington.
