Interim HealthCare acquires Sacramento franchise

December 13, 2021

Interim HealthCare Inc., a franchise provider of home care and healthcare staffing, announced Friday that it acquired its Sacramento hospice franchise. David Klaeser, franchise owner since 2007, will continue to lead business operations as CEO.

This is the third franchise acquisition for Interim HealthCare this year. It acquired Interim HealthCare of the Treasure Coast in November and Interim HealthCare of San Diego in January. The company noted the move to a hybrid model of both franchises and company-owned branches represents its goal of reaching more individuals around the country.

“2021 was a big year for Interim HealthCare,” President and CEO Jennifer Sheets said. “We are glad to have had the opportunity to purchase not only Interim HealthCare of Sacramento Hospice, but two other highly successful franchises in San Diego, California and West Palm Beach, Florida.”
