InGenesis Inc. closed its acquisition of the Kelly Healthcare Resources division of Kelly Services (NASD: KELYA). The deal had initially been announced in January.

The deal included Kelly’s healthcare practice, client portfolio and talent pool.

“We are pleased with the collaboration from everyone who contributed to this acquisition,” InGenesis CEO Veronica Muzquiz Edwards said. “We have integrated both operations into a cohesive organization able to offer a suite of talent solutions to our clients.”

InGenesis ranks as the 20^th-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US. It’s based in San Antonio, Texas.
