Impellam Group plc, a UK-based global staffing firm, is continuing its discussion with HeadFirst Global bv about a possible acquisition of the company.

Oct. 10 had been the deadline for HeadFirst to make an offer to buy Impellam. However, the deadline was again extended, this time until Oct. 25.

Initially, HeadFirst had a deadline of Aug. 1 to make an offer, but talks have continued and the deadline has been extended several times.

There is no guarantee at this time that HeadFirst will make an offer.

Impellam ranks as the 21^st-largest global staffing firm, according to SIA’s Largest Staffing Firms Globally 2023 report released Sept. 20.
