Impellam Group plc, a UK-based global staffing firm, has again extended its discussion with HeadFirst Global bv about a possible acquisition of the company.

Initially, HeadFirst had a deadline of Aug. 1 to make an offer to buy Impellam, but talks have continued and the deadline has been extended several times. Oct. 25 was the most recent deadline for HeadFirst; however, today the deadline was again extended, this time until Nov. 8.

There is no guarantee at this time that HeadFirst will make an offer.

Impellam ranks as the 21st-largest global staffing firm, according to SIA’s Largest Staffing Firms Globally 2023 report released Sept. 20.
