IT staffing remains strong and will maintain an impressive growth trajectory in the fourth quarter, Curtis Starkey, senior research analyst at Staffing Industry Analysts, wrote in SIA’s IT Staffing Report newsletter.

Despite big layoffs and economic headwinds, demand for digital transformation projects has proven resilient thus far. Starkey also noted that recruiting difficulty is at least, for the time being, lower than sales difficulty, indicating a significant loosening in the labor market.
