IT and life sciences staffing firm Eliassen Group announced it combined with Principle Solutions Group, an IT staffing firm headquartered in Atlanta. The deal closed at the end of last week, but terms were not announced. The companies described it as a merger of the two firms.

Eliassen Group ranks No. 18 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest IT staffing firms in the US; Principle Solutions Group ranks No. 41.

The organization will be headquartered in Reading, Mass., and provide technology staffing, Agile, creative, life sciences, and managed services.

Principle Solutions Group’s cofounders – CEO Josh Nazarian and COO Joe Ventura – will join Eliassen’s leadership team.

“Partnering with Eliassen Group puts the combined organization in a unique position within the marketplace,” Nazarian said. “We are looking forward to remaining active in the business and enhancing our relationships with our clients by expanding our geographic footprint and strengthening our Agile, creative, and managed services capabilities.”

Eliassen Group has 15 offices nationwide and the combined organization will count 18 offices nationwide.
