Hundreds of employers have been receiving fines in the mail over failure to provide coverage under the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate, Politico reported. “Litigation is in the works,” Alden Bianchi, an attorney who represents several businesses facing potential fines told Politico. “There is a challenge out there, and it’s brewing, and the players are serious.”
