Human cloud firm Didi Chuxing denies IPO reports

May 16, 2016

Human cloud firm Didi Chuxing denied reports that it’s planning an initial public offering, CNBC reported. A Didi Chuxing representative told CNBC that it currently has no IPO plan. News reports had indicated the China-based company was planning an IPO. The company was formerly known as Didi Kuaidi and just last week the company announced it received a $1 billion investment from Apple. Didi Chuxing ranks as the second-largest company in a workforce segment that Staffing Industry Analysts defines as the human cloud. The largest is Uber.
