Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC, a staffing provider for the hospitality industry, appointed Vincent Lombardo as CFO effective immediately.

Since 2011, Lombardo has served as CFO of two staffing companies: SNI Companies, which GEE Group Inc. (NYSE MKT: JOB) acquired earlier this year for $86 million; and MDT Personnel LLC, a Clearwater, Fla.-based staffing firm. Prior to that, he was CFO at private-equity backed TRAKAmerica, Capstone Tropical Holdings Inc., and publicly traded staffing company Ablest Inc. He also served in executive financial positions with Fleetpride Inc., General Binding Corp., and Interlake Material Handling Inc. 

“Vincent is a strong financial leader who has an extensive track record of working with a wide range of industries, including the staffing industry, and his experience will greatly help HSS as we move the company forward and continue to invest in our growth,” CEO Tim McPherson said. “As we continue our next phase of expansion, Vincent’s combined financial and M&A expertise will be of important value to our management team and we are extremely pleased that he has joined HSS.”

Hospitality Staffing Solutions in July acquired DEZ Staffing LLC, which provide hospitality and industrial staffing services in the Denver market.

Prior to the DEZ Staffing acquisition, Hospitality Staffing Solutions reported $180 million in annual revenue.
