Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC — a staffing provider for the hospitality industry — acquired DEZ Staffing LLC, which provide hospitality and industrial staffing services in the Denver market.

The transaction closed today and terms were not disclosed. The DEZ Staffing brand, branch office and staff members will remain intact and key executive Xochitl Montes will join Hospitality Staffing Solutions as director of operations.

DEZ Staffing counts $4 million in annual revenue and makes 500 placements annually from its one office.

Hospitality Staffing Solutions provides contingent staffing to the hotel and resort industry from 52 offices in 32 states. It counts $180 million in annual revenue and makes 20,000 placements annually. The company also provides outsourced services within the housekeeping and janitorial operations industry sector. It seeks additional acquisitions to supplement its organic growth initiatives into new geographies and market areas.
