Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASDAQ: HSII) today announced Jaimee Eddington has been named Americas regional leader, effective immediately.

She succeeds Dan Ryan in the role. Ryan is now managing partner for Business Talent Group, Heidrick’s recently acquired online marketplace for high-end independent talent on demand.

Eddington joined Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office in 2015; she is a member of the global financial officers and CEO and board of directors practices specializing in board and senior-level financial officer assignments across the consumer, healthcare, technology (enterprise and consumer) and financial services industries. She also recently co-led the Americas Region Professionals of Color Employee Resource Group.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Eddington was an investment banker at a middle-market and bulge-bracket bank focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt offerings.

Eddington will work closely with the firm’s management committee and the Americas leadership team, focusing on increasing revenue, expanding into new growth areas and delivering long-term stakeholder value. She also will be responsible for driving cross-collaboration across business lines and the region.
